Refund Policy
We offer 30-day return policy from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and with proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at magnetiseyourmemories@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in packing and shipping your product but accidents can happen and if you receive a damaged or defective product or a wrong order, please contact us immediately. we will evaluate your issue with the order and make it right as soon as we can.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned like perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), personalized care goods (like beauty products). we also do not accept returns on any hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch for any questions or concerns on your order.

The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once we accept the return, then you can place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you if your refund is approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.Please note it would take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it in your account.
